Boracay Island belongs to the Western Visayas island-group, Region 6 of the Philippines, along with the western part of the province of Negros, the island of Panay, and many smaller islands. The westernmost island in Western Visayas, Boracay borders the provinces of Mindoro to the northwest and Romblon to the north.
Situated in the northern part of Boracay, the project site is located in Sitio Ilig-Iligan, Brgy. Yapak, Malay, Aklan. With a Lot Area of approximately half a hectare of “Prime Beachfront Property”, with access to fully paved Barangay road connecting to the island’s main thoroughfare, make this a very coveted piece of real estate.
It is a quaint little beach located at the North-east coast of the island. This beach is secluded. The water is pristine with variation of sea blues and turquoise playing in the horizon. A lot of rocks just nearby from the shore that is why this beach is also perfect for snorkeling and some diving. There is interesting marine life that can be found underwater. Around the deep areas, a bit offshore Ilig-iligan beach is perfect for scuba diving.
